informaciones pertenecientes a la administraci\u00f3n del Estado.<\/li><li><strong>CONOCER<\/strong>\u00a0los proyectos de reglamentos y otras disposiciones de car\u00e1cter general que rigen las relaciones entre los particulares y la administraci\u00f3n.<\/li><li><strong>OBTENER<\/strong>\u00a0informaci\u00f3n sobre los servicios que ofrece el Estado, requisitos, costos.<\/li><li><strong>SABER<\/strong>\u00a0la estructura, integrantes, normativas de funcionamiento, proyectos, informes de gesti\u00f3n, y bases de datos de la administraci\u00f3n p\u00fablica.<\/li><li><strong>CONOCER<\/strong>\u00a0sobre los presupuestos y c\u00e1lculos de recursos y gastos aprobados, su evoluci\u00f3n y estado de ejecuci\u00f3n.<\/li><li><strong>TENER<\/strong>\u00a0informaci\u00f3n sobre los programas y proyectos, sus presupuestos, plazos, ejecuci\u00f3n y supervisi\u00f3n.<\/li><li><strong>ESTAR AL TANTO<\/strong>\u00a0sobre las licitaciones, concursos, compras, gastos y resultados.<\/li><li><strong>ACCEDER<\/strong>\u00a0a la n\u00f3mina del Estado y sus remuneraciones.<\/li><li><strong>CONOCER<\/strong>\u00a0la declaraci\u00f3n jurada patrimonial de los funcionarios del Estado cuando su presentaci\u00f3n corresponda por ley.<\/li><li><strong>RECIBIR<\/strong>\u00a0informaci\u00f3n sobre el listado de beneficiarios de programas asistenciales, subsidios, becas, jubilaciones, pensiones y retiros.<\/li><li><strong>SABER<\/strong>\u00a0sobre el estado de cuentas de la deuda p\u00fablica, sus vencimientos y pagos.<\/li><li><strong>BUSCAR<\/strong>\u00a0las leyes, decretos, resoluciones, disposiciones, marcos regulatorios y cualquier tipo de normativa.<\/li><li><strong>SOLICITAR Y RECIBIR<\/strong>\u00a0oportunamente cualquier tipo de documentaci\u00f3n financiera relativa al presupuesto p\u00fablico.<br \/><br \/><\/li><\/ul><p>En cumplimiento a la Ley 200-04 y el Decreto 130-05, el acceso a la informaci\u00f3n se har\u00e1 efectivo siempre y cuando no afecte la seguridad
